Position: Sales Executive
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our client's
team. The role focuses on converting interested leads into confirmed registrations by effectively
communicating the value of our yatras and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for
participants.
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with leads generated through various channels (calls, messages, emails, social
media).
● Explain the complete yatra itinerary and highlight its spiritual, cultural, and wellness
aspects.
● Understand customer preferences (e.g., desired destinations, travel interests) and match
them with suitable yatras.
● Present the unique offerings by the company.
● Build strong rapport with prospects through personalized follow-ups and regular
communication.
● Maintain updated records of all inquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
● Work closely with the yatra operations team to ensure a seamless registration and
onboarding process.
● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi &; English proficiency required;
knowledge of other languages is a plus).
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry preferred.
● Passion for Indian culture, spirituality, and pilgrimage tourism.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
● Good organizational and follow-up skills.
