Brick Yard Realty is hiring enthusiastic and energetic Fresher for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE). Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to build a career in sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, references, and online platforms
Handle customer inquiries and explain property details
Coordinate and schedule client meetings & site visits
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Maintain client database and daily reports
Support the sales team in achieving business targets
Build strong relationships with customers
