The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth showroom operations while representing the brand professionally.

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes clearly

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Handle billing coordination and support purchase completion

• Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards

• Support stock handling and inventory coordination

• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and sales procedures

• Coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations
