Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Handle client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Good knowledge of Hindi and English.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-based environment.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior real-estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
Bike is mandatory for male candidates
