Job Summary

We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for our footwear store at Srinagar Airport. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in footwear retail brands and be passionate about sales and customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing footwear products

• Provide accurate product information and suggest suitable options

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations

• Support inventory management and stock replenishment

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in footwear retail (mandatory)

• Experience with brands like Bata, Nike, or similar footwear brands preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach

• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems

• Presentable and energetic personality

• Willing to work in rotational shifts (airport retail environment)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month
