Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by assisting customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and platinum jewellery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.

Explain jewellery features, purity, diamond quality, pricing, offers, and certification.

Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell jewellery and value-added products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Handle billing, packaging, and documentation accurately.

Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.

Assist in stock verification, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and promotional campaigns.

Follow company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Customer service orientation.

Basic computer and billing knowledge.

Knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.

Professional grooming and presentation.

Ability to work during weekends, holidays, and festive seasons.

Qualification

10th/12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Minimum 1–2 years of jewellery retail sales experience preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered for some openings. �
