Sales Executive

Astrobase Ecom Services is a growing e-commerce service provider specializing in online marketplace management, account handling, catalog management, advertising support, and end-to-end seller solutions across major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and manage daily marketplace operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

• Handle product listings, catalog creation, and inventory updates.

• Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

• Coordinate with logistics and support teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.

• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.

• Manage promotional campaigns and marketplace advertisements.

• Ensure account health and compliance with marketplace policies.

• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams
