We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, presenting property listings, and closing deals. You should have a good understanding of the local property market and a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes or investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

• Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors.

• Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.

• Provide clients with information on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters.

• Guide clients from property inquiry to closing, ensuring smooth transactions.

• Maintain and update listings of available properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.

• Negotiate deals and handle paperwork to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or similar role.

• Knowledge of local property market and real estate trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Valid real estate license (if required by your region).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
