Handle inbound and outbound calling to prospective and existing customers
Follow up regularly with walk-in customers (minimum 60 customers) to convert leads into sales
Engage walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product information
Maintain and update customer data, follow-ups, and sales reports in Google Sheets
Address and resolve customer queries related to products, pricing, finance, and delivery
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and sales conversion
