Job Summary
Arihant Global Services is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
Generate and qualify leads for business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
Maintain and update sales records and CRM data.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
