A sales executive in FMCG drives product sales through retailers and distributors. They focus on achieving targets in the fast-paced consumer goods sector.

Key Duties

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets

Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients

Conduct market visits to ensure product visibility and stock availability.

Main Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and prepare sales reports.

Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and provide after-sales support.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and adaptability in dynamic FMCG environments.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking for performance review.

Preference will be given to candidates from Chembur.
