🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product benefits

• Handle inbound queries with professionalism and product knowledge

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months of telesales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM or Excel familiarity is a plus)

• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary between ₹12,000 to ₹20,000/month based on experience

• Performance-based incentives up to ₹4,000/month
