Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Industrial Products | Raipur

Location: Raipur
Experience: 3–6 Years
Education: Graduate/Diploma; Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate B2B leads through field visits to industrial areas, factories and project sites.

• Meet consultants, architects, contractors, EPC companies and industrial clients.

• Conduct site surveys, product demonstrations and customer meetings.

• Handle quotations, negotiations, follow-ups and order closures.

• Coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.

• Make outbound calls and manage inbound enquiries.

• Maintain customer records and follow-ups through CRM, email and WhatsApp.

• Track competitors and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in capital equipment/industrial product sales.

• Experience with EOT Cranes, HVLS Fans, Roof Insulation, Air Compressors or Industrial LED Lights preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.

• B2B/inside sales/telecalling experience preferred.

• Confident, energetic and result-oriented with willingness to travel extensively.

Ideal Candidate: A field-oriented B2B sales professional with strong industrial customer relationships and proven lead-generation and order-closing experience.
