Job Responsibilities
1. Explain and sell the company’s training programs and IT services
2. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or tracking sheets
4. Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
6. Follow up with prospective customers to close sales
7. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion
8.Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management
