Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels including referrals, digital leads, and cold calling
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
• Build a strong pipeline of potential buyers and investors
2. Client Consultation & Property Presentation
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
• Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and payment plans
3. Sales Closure
• Negotiate and close property deals with prospective buyers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings
4. Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
• Maintain regular communication with clients for repeat business and referrals
5. Sales Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure all documentation related to sales transactions is complete and compliant
6. Market Research
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demand

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
