We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team effectively.

• Assign tasks and monitor team members’ daily work.

• Follow up on project progress and ensure timely completion.

• Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.

• Coordinate with team members and management.

• Review work quality and provide necessary feedback.

• Resolve team-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare and share regular work/status updates.

• Motivate and support team members to achieve targets.

• Ensure all assigned projects are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Team management and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good knowledge of client handling and follow-ups.

• Experience in architecture/interior design/elevation design will be an advantage.

• Responsible, proactive, and organized.

Experience: 2+ years preferred.
