Axios Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our freight forwarding and air cargo business, with a key focus on the India–Russia and India–Moscow trade lanes.

We are looking for someone who can build strong customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and convert enquiries into profitable, long-term partnerships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and overseas agents.

• Develop business opportunities for air freight and other freight forwarding services.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and international logistics partners, particularly in Russia and Moscow.

• Generate leads, follow up on quotations, negotiate commercially within approved limits, and convert enquiries into bookings.

• Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to provide competitive quotations and reliable shipment solutions.

• Develop repeat business and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Track sales activities, customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and business performance.

• Support the growth of Axios's international freight forwarding network.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, logistics sales, or a related field.

• Good understanding of freight forwarding services and the sales process.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into customers.

• Knowledge of international logistics and the India–Russia trade lane will be an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as with a team.

🔹 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.

• Additional performance-based commission linked to eligible business gross profit.
