About the Role:
We are going to hire an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) for the Sales Department. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong business mindset, excellent decision-making ability, and relevant sales experience. The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and sales team to build and scale our sales operations in a startup environment.
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Experience Required:
Minimum 6 Months – 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles (Startup experience preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of sales strategies and execution.
2. Identify and convert new business opportunities.
3. Make independent and effective business decisions.
4. Generate leads through calls, meetings, emails, and networking.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Work closely with founders on business growth strategies.
7. Analyze market trends and customer needs.
8. Manage sales pipeline and achieve targets.
9. Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales performance.
