Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Drive room, banquet, and F&B sales through corporate, travel, and MICE business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy client accounts.
Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and sales promotions.
