Sales Engineer

Overview

Ideal candidate will contact on leads, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to all prospective clients.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering, specifically with PLC and drive system applications, including system design and implementation.

• Comprehensive project lifecycle exposure, from initial design through to final commissioning.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand a customer's Requirements to recommend a customized product and engineering solutions.

• Strong Technical Knowledge in automation Systems and Solutions, PLC, Automation Controllers, Controls, Drives, HMI.

• Meet customer's and deliver technical presentations to highlight how a product/service meets their requirements and generate leads.

• Develop a sales pipeline, handle sales enquiries and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets.

• Provide pre- and post-sales support to build customer relationships and encourage repeat business referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of Business Solutions and Manufacturing Applications, factories.

• A minimum level of computer skills is essential, including proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

• Highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Track record of meeting exceeding yearly Quota.

Education Qualifications:

UG: B. Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization (preferred), B.Sc. in Any Specialization, Diploma in Any Specialization, B.A in Any Specialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
