Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for industrial products and technical services.

• Identify and approach potential customers in industrial, commercial, and corporate sectors.

• Conduct customer meetings, industrial visits, and site surveys to understand technical requirements.

• Promote and sell industrial products such as UPS systems, electrical panels, HVAC systems, fire fighting systems, and other engineering products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and technical proposals according to customer requirements.

• Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders (POs), and order confirmations.

• Coordinate with the technical and service teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up records.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.

• Identify new markets, projects, contractors, consultants, and business opportunities.

• Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team when required.

• Attend customer meetings and provide product presentations and technical explanations.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on business progress.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of industrial products and technical services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good customer relationship management and business development skills.

• Ability to understand technical specifications and prepare quotations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and sales reporting.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industrial site visits.
