Sales Engineer

Backend Sales Engineer(Transformers) Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination: Provide backend sales support to the front-end sales team and coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.

Quotation Preparation: Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and cost estimates for transformers based on customer requirements.

Customer Inquiry Management: Review customer inquiries, technical specifications, tender documents, and RFQs related to transformers.

Order Processing: Coordinate order booking, order documentation, and follow-up with internal departments to ensure timely execution.

Technical Coordination: Liaise with the Design, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchase departments to obtain technical and commercial information.

Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending inquiries, purchase orders, and order confirmations.

Tender Management: Assist in preparing tender submissions, technical documents, compliance statements, and other required commercial documentation.

MIS and Reporting: Maintain sales records, inquiry trackers, quotation status, order reports, and customer databases.

Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to communicate order progress and delivery schedules to customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Ensure timely responses to customer queries and maintain effective communication with clients.
