Sales Engineer

STARK SOLUTIONS is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer with experience in industrial automation, electrical products, and control panel solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and customer references.

• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.

• Promote and sell PLCs, HMIs, VFDs/AC Drives, servo systems, sensors, electrical switchgear, and control panels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on orders and payments.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Coordinate with technical, purchase, and project teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain a daily visit plan and sales pipeline.

• Identify new markets, projects, and business opportunities.

• Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and provide market feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical sales, or control panel sales.

• Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, sensors, switchgear, and industrial electrical products.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare commercial proposals.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits across Delhi NCR and nearby industrial areas.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with OEMs, panel manufacturers, factories, and industrial clients.

• Existing industrial customer network in Delhi NCR is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
