Sales Engineer

About the Role: We are a design-driven manufacturing company specializing in custom-built industrial control panels for process industries and EPC projects. This role is designed for a field oriented sales professional who thrives on customer engagement, relationship building, and business closure. Unlike desk-based sales roles, this position involves direct interaction with clients, consultants, and EPC stakeholders, with strong exposure to senior management and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities  Generate new business opportunities through: o Customer and project site visits o Interactions with consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs o Existing industry networks and references  Develop and manage key customer accounts to ensure long-term business relationships  Understand customer requirements and application needs related to: o Control panels o Electrical and automation solutions  Coordinate closely with internal teams including: o Design & Engineering o Proposal & Estimation o Production & Project Execution  Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order closures systematically  Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews  Achieve assigned sales targets in line with company growth objectives
