Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing suitable technical solutions, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and client visits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

• Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and technical proposals.

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and technical departments to ensure smooth execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and orders.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.

• 0–1years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or a related field.

• Good understanding of technical products and engineering concepts.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
