### Role Overview

The Application Sales Engineer acts as the bridge between technical expertise and sales strategy. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and recommending value-driven technical solutions to support business growth. This is an ideal role for a fresher looking to blend engineering knowledge with a customer-facing career.

### Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to identify application requirements, technical challenges, and operational needs.

• Sales Support: Provide pre-sales technical assistance, including product demonstrations and tailored solution proposals.

• Technical Proposal Development: Create commercial and technical proposals based on specific customer standards and industry specifications.

• Implementation Support: Assist customers during product trials, commissioning, and initial implementation phases.

• Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between customers, internal teams, and manufacturing principals.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.

• Documentation: Prepare and review technical datasheets, application notes, and maintain CRM tracking for sales forecasting.

### Key Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial Production, or related fields).

• Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Languages: Proficiency in English, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.

• Software: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Logistics

• Must have a valid driving license and a 2-wheeler for travel as required.
