Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Field (North India)

Job Purpose:

The Field Sales Engineer responsible for driving Field sales growth, expanding

dealer and OEM networks, and strengthening market presence for Eionic Batteries. The role focuses on B2B sales of lithium-ion batteries for drones and advanced energy applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned Field sales targets and revenue goals

• Develop and implement Field sales strategies

• Identify and convert new business opportunities with OEMs and enterprise customers

• Appoint and manage distributor and dealer networks

• Handle key OEM and institutional accounts

• Lead pricing, negotiations, and contracts

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

• Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports

• Coordinate with production, service, and finance teams

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing

• MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in lithium battery, drone, EV, or electronics sale

• Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery products

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build dealer and OEM relationships

• Willingness to travel extensively
