We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with around 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing, Construction, or Building Materials industry. The candidate should have strong field sales exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits to identify new business opportunities
Meet with builders, contractors, architects, and project managers
Generate leads through field activities, references, and market research
Present and explain products to clients and handle technical discussions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of construction/building materials or manufacturing products
Ability to handle field sales and client meetings
Basic understanding of technical product specifications
Self-motivated and target-driven
Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil or related field
2+ years of relevant sales experience
