Job Title: New Business Development (NBD) Executive

Industry: Construction
Location: Lucknow
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Travel: Extensive travel across North India

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
Identify and develop new markets and customers in the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct regular customer follow-ups and manage market-related activities
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order execution
Ensure timely payment collection from customers
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare and submit monthly MIS and sales performance reports
Support demand generation and sales forecasting initiatives
Travel across the Northern region of India as per business requirements
