
Position- Sales Engineer (Sales & Marketing)
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. Tech preferred).
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Basic understanding of mechanical terms and concepts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential customers through various channels, such as calls, emails, and online research.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
Client Acquisition:
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
Sales Negotiation:
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
• Address client concerns and objections, providing solutions to meet their needs.
Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Use market knowledge to position products or services effectively.
Sales Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
• Create and maintain a sales plan, including setting targets and forecasting sales.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Manage and organize customer information.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and transactions.
Sales Reporting:
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Customer Support:
• Assist customers in resolving issues or concerns related to products or services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
Communication Skills:
• Proficient in pitching products to customers.
• Comfortable handling export clients.
• Excellent written communication skills for customer correspondence.
Arranging Customer Visits:
• Convince customers to visit our company.
• Visit other companies to showcase our products and understand their actual requirements.
