🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Service Engineer who can manage technical sales, installation, servicing, and customer support for industrial or technical products while building strong client relationships.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Install, service, and maintain machines/equipment at customer sites

• 📞 Attend service calls and troubleshoot technical issues

• 📈 Promote products and generate sales from existing and new customers

• 🤝 Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• 🧾 Prepare service reports, quotations, and follow-ups

• 🎯 Achieve assigned sales and service targets

• 🚗 Travel to customer locations as required

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

• 🎓 Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

• 🕒 Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers can apply)

• 🔌 Basic technical knowledge of machines/equipment

• 🚘 Two-wheeler / four-wheeler license preferred

• ✔ Strong technical troubleshooting skills

• ✔ Sales orientation with customer-first mindset

• ✔ Good communication and presentation skills

• ✔ Willingness to travel and work on-field

• ✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
