We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Automation division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customer factories, understanding their electrical & automation requirements, and coordinating with our technical team to deliver accurate solutions and proposals.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand project requirements related to MCC, PCC, APFC panels, VFD panels, PLC/DCS automation systems, and other industrial solutions.
Gather and document technical requirements, single-line diagrams (SLDs), load details, and application needs during site visits.
Coordinate closely with the internal engineering & design team to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and proposals in coordination with the technical team.
Follow up with customers for offer clarification, technical discussions, and order finalization.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
Identify customer pain points and propose suitable automation or power distribution solutions.
Ensure timely communication, submission of offers, and proper follow-up for approvals.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in industrial automation or electrical panel sales (MCC/PCC/APFC/VFD/PLC).
Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and automation concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits.
Experience in VFDs, PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, control panels, and industrial field instruments.
Knowledge of reading electrical drawings and SLDs.
Ability to handle project costing and basic commercial terms.
