Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with strong exposure to robotics-based automation solutions for the Automotive and Packaging industries. The role involves solution selling, key account management, and driving business growth through technical sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Packaging companies

• Promote robotic automation solutions, special purpose machines, vision systems, and turnkey automation projects

Technical Sales & Solution Design

• Understand customer processes and propose robotic automation concepts (handling, welding, assembly, packaging, palletizing, inspection, etc.)

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and application teams for solution feasibility

Customer Engagement

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and plant visits

• Act as a key interface between customer and internal teams during project execution
