Major responsibilities:
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and e-mails.
• Prepare and present sales presentations.
• Record sales and order information and send reports to concerned departments.
• Generate orders to suppliers through purchase orders.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports and submit them to supervisors.
• Support ISO initiatives through proper documentation.
• Provide support in company advertisements during exhibitions and trade fairs through catalogue, poster planning, designing, and arranging printing.
• Ensure prompt and correct responses while handling customer complaints with support from the customer support department.
• Follow up for payment recovery and C-Forms collection.
• Take consistent efforts to achieve sales targets.
• Collect competitor information and provide innovative solutions to improve sales performance.
