Job Description – Education Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and promote educational products/services to students, parents, schools, and institutions.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course/program recommendations.

• Conduct calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional clients.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.

• Candidates with experience in the education/EdTech sector will be preferred.
