Job Description – Sales Coordinator-IT

Position: Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Team in day-to-day sales operations.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial documents with customers.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, availability, and product information.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and payment status.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery schedules.
Assist in tender documentation, RFP/RFQ submissions, and sales documentation.
Generate periodic sales reports and MIS reports for management review.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel.
Ensure timely closure of sales-related documentation and compliance.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email Communication.
Good knowledge of quotation preparation and sales documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related field.
1–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or Back Office Executive.
Experience in IT Infrastructure, Technology Solutions, or System Integration industry will be preferred.
