Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments
Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Assist sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets
Manage order processing and ensure timely execution
Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support
Education: Graduate / Diploma (Commerce, Management preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination or similar role
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP/CRM systems
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in manufacturing / trading / service industry
Customer-oriented with positive attitude
Team player with multitasking ability
