Key Responsibilities:
Drafting comprehensive and techno-commercially accurate sales proposal and quotations.
Conducting in- depth sales analysis to identify market trends and performance gaps.
Generating periodic sales reports for management review, tracking Targets vs. Achievements.
Timely follow up for sales.
Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments to ensure cash flow.
Managing team, providing guidance on workflow and best practices.
Maintaining excellent relations with customers.
Required Skills:
Ability to understand technical specifications to translate them into winning proposal.
Proficiency in advance Excel and Data visualization for sales reporting.
Excellent knowledge of MS office, ERP & other computer tools.
Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client coordination.
Strong multitasking abilities with a “get-it-done” attitude towards payment collection and internal deadlines.
