Growest Plastic Industries is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our team at our Silvassa plant. Local or nearby candidates are highly preferred.

Position 1: Sales Coordinator (Female Only)

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (Prior experience in manufacturing or plastic industries is a plus).

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

• Job Description:

• Coordinate daily with clients, the outdoor sales team, and the production department.

• Prepare and send price quotations, proforma invoices, and sample details.

• Manage data on MS Excel/ERP, tracking orders from placement to final dispatch.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via call and email, ensuring quick resolution.

Position 2: Field Sales Executive

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of on-field B2B sales experience (Plastic, packaging, or industrial products experience preferred).

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives [1]

• Job Description:

• Conduct regular field visits to tap new B2B clients, industries, and dealers across the region.

• Pitch plastic product portfolios effectively and generate new business leads.

• Meet monthly sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients and regularly collect market feedback.

• Coordinate with the internal coordination team regarding orders and timely payment collections.

Common Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Candidate must reside nearby or in Silvassa.
