The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal departments, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. The role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales executives and assist in day-to-day sales operations
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, and agreements
Maintain sales records, customer data, and MIS reports
Track order status and follow up with production, logistics, and dispatch teams
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders and deliveries
Coordinate with accounts for invoicing, payments, and credit notes
Support sales team with presentations, reports, and data analysis
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Assist in preparing sales forecasts and monthly/quarterly reports
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
1–4 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
