Attend client calls and meetings to understand their requirements and project specifications.
Analyze client needs and suggest the most suitable products or solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients in a timely manner.
Follow up consistently with clients until orders are confirmed and received.
Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a client-facing role.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
