We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at Smartson Enterprises. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹17,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Explain products/services and address basic customer queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
