Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Faridabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will train and support the sales team to achieve targets, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience

• Experience in Training and supporting sales teams

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
