Candidate will handle back office coordination, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and daily cold calling to generate new business leads.
🎯 Responsibilities
📑 Back Office Work
Maintain inquiry & quotation records in Excel
Prepare quotation drafts using company format
Send emails to customers
Follow up on pending offers
Coordinate with vendors for pricing
Maintain daily sales tracker
📞 Cold Calling
Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to industrial companies
Introduce company products
Generate new inquiries
Fix appointments for sales team
Maintain call log and status update
🎓 Eligibility
Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
Fresher or 1–2 years experience
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Email
Confident in talking to industrial clients
