Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer communications, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with CRM systems and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily sales operations
Process customer orders, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
Maintain and update CRM databases and sales records
Track sales leads, follow-ups, and customer inquiries
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and MIS reports
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for timely delivery
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Handle customer communication and resolve basic issues promptly
Monitor inventory and order status when required
Schedule meetings, client calls, and sales appointments
Support contract and proposal documentation
Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales activities
