Hiring: Process Coordinator

📍 Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Process Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with multiple teams, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining trackers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

Support management in executing day-to-day business operations.

Monitor ongoing projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Follow up with employees and stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.

Maintain and update Excel trackers, MIS reports, and project documentation.

Identify delays, process gaps, and operational bottlenecks.

Escalate critical issues and proactively drive resolutions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports for management.

Coordinate customer support activities and ensure prompt communication.

Ensure all organizational processes and SOPs are consistently followed.

Required Skills

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Self-driven and capable of working independently
