Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and online sources

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors

• Meet potential clients and present company products/services

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery

• Follow up on inquiries, payments, and order status

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain sales reports and update CRM/MIS regularly

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of B2B sales

• Ability to handle field sales and client meetings

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in manufacturing industries like CNC machining, fabrication, industrial products, or engineering components

• Willingness to travel for client meetings

• Good networking and relationship-building skills
