Sales Coordinator / Executive

A PVR INOX Service Associate ensures a great guest experience by handling ticketing, concessions (selling & serving F&B), guiding patrons, maintaining cleanliness, and resolving customer issues, often involving suggestive selling and upselling combo deals across various touchpoints like the box office, concession stand, and seat service. 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries (showtimes, seating, movie info), handle complaints professionally, and offer a positive attitude.

• Ticketing (Box Office): Operate POS systems, manage cash/card/digital payments, sell tickets, and guide guests on seat availability.

• Concessions: Take orders, prepare/serve food & beverages, handle payments, restock supplies, and follow hygiene standards.

• In-Seat Service: Take orders and serve guests directly in the auditorium, focusing on suggestive selling and upselling.

• Auditorium & Housekeeping: Guide patrons to seats, monitor auditorium conditions, clean areas, and ensure smooth operations.

• Sales & Upselling: Actively promote memberships, combo offers, and food/beverage items.

• Operations & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety/hygiene protocols, manage cash, maintain records, and follow company policies.
