Sales Coordinator / Executive

The Office Sales Coordinator will manage back-office sales activities, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. This role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining records, and supporting sales operations for cybersecurity products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Coordination

Handle inbound inquiries via email, phone, and online channels.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information to clients.

Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and documentation.

2. Documentation & Order Processing

Process purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for sales transactions.

Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment tracking.

Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM.

3. Internal Coordination

Liaise with technical teams for arranging demos, PoCs, and project updates.

Coordinate with logistics for timely product/service delivery.

Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and support teams.

4. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Track sales targets and performance metrics of the team.

Monitor renewal schedules for cybersecurity subscriptions and licenses.

5. Product & Industry Awareness

Keep updated with cybersecurity products, solutions, and latest trends.

Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
