Position Overview

The Sales Trainee will join our sales team to learn and contribute to the entire sales process of cybersecurity and cloud-based IT solutions. This role involves training in technical product knowledge, customer relationship management, and sales execution, preparing candidates for a successful sales career in IT.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and generate qualified leads to support business growth.

Assist in delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.

Manage client communication via calls and emails, maintaining CRM records accurately.

Work closely with technical teams to understand product features and coordinate client demos.

Perform cold calling to identify potential customers, generate leads, and schedule meetings.

Support post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction under supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic IT or cybersecurity knowledge beneficial; keen willingness to learn mandatory.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho) preferred.

Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.

Willingness to travel locally for client visits as required.
